The Attorney General's Office Again Examines Sritex President Director Iwan Kurniawan Lukminto

The Attorney General's Office (AGO) has again examined the President Director of PT Sri Rejeki Isman (Sritex) Iwan Kurniawan Lukminto as a witness related to the alleged corruption case in lending to PT Sritex and its subsidiary.

"The investigator said that the Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) said this was a follow-up investigation," said Head of the Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum) at the AGO Harli Siregar as reported by ANTARA, Monday, June 23.

Today's examination is the fourth examination of Iwan Kurniawan. Today, Iwan was examined as a subsidiary director of PT Sritex.

Iwan Kurniawan Lukminto arrived at the Jampidsus AGO building, South Jakarta, at 09.39 WIB accompanied by his legal team.

The Sritex president director was seen wearing a dark blue jacket, white and dark blue batik shirt, and black trousers.

In this case, the AGO named three suspects, namely ISL (Iwan Setiawan Lukminto) as the President Director of PT Sritex Tbk. In 2005 '2022, ZM (Zainuddin Mappa) as the President Director of PT Bank DKI in 2020, and DS (Dicky Syahbandinata) as the Head of the Corporate and Commercial Division of PT BJB in 2020.

Director of Investigation at Jampidsus AGO Abdul Qohar said that credit funds from both Bank BJB and Bank DKI were not used properly by the ISL suspect.

The credit grant, he said, was actually for working capital. However, by ISL to pay debts and buy non-productive assets.

In addition, the provision of credit to Sritex by suspects ZM and DS did not comply with the rules, one of which was the failure of the working capital credit requirements because the results of the assessment from the rating agencies Fitch and Moodys stated that PT Sritex Tbk only received the BB- predicate or had a higher risk of default.
