The three have been named as suspects, charged with multiple articles, namely Article 340 of the Criminal Code (KUHP) concerning premeditated murder, Article 338 of the Criminal Code concerning murder, Article 351 paragraph (3) and the Emergency Law Number 12 of 1951.
