Kejari Tahan 6 Tersangka Kasus Dugaan Korupsi Diskanak Purwakarta

The suspects in the alleged corruption case in the procurement of facilities and infrastructure for empowering small-scale fish farming businesses within the Purwakarta Provincial and Fisheries Service (Disanak) ANTARA/HO-Kejari Purwakarta.

PURWAKARTA - The District Attorney for Purwakarta Regency, West Java, has again detained six suspects in the alleged corruption case in the procurement of facilities and infrastructure for empowering small-scale fish farming businesses within the Purwakarta Livestock and Fisheries Service (Disanak).

The head of the Purwakarta District Attorney's Office, Martha Parulina Berliana, said that the six suspects in the alleged corruption case in the Purwakarta Diskanak neighborhood were taken to Purwakarta Class II B Prison on Thursday night.

"The detention was carried out after the suspects underwent examination by investigators from the Purwakarta District Attorney," he explained when contacted in Purwakarta, Antara, Friday, June 6.

The suspects are suspected of jointly committing a criminal act of corruption in the procurement of facilities and infrastructure for empowering small-scale fish cultivators to 31 fish cultivators in Purwakarta.

The contract value in the activity program at the Purwakarta Fisheries and Livestock Service in 2023 is worth IDR 2,265,430,609.

The activity or procurement project for facilities and infrastructure for empowering fish farming businesses whose budget is sourced from the 2023 State Budget is carried out by contractor CV Mawar Indah.

In uncovering cases of alleged corruption within the scope of the Fisheries and Livestock Service, the Purwakarta District Attorney has named seven suspects, each with the initials IR, DEP, SIH, DH, RJ, AS and TT.

The suspect initials IR as the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) and DEP as the provider of goods and services. Then SIH as the head of the service, and DH as the Technical Implementation Officer (PPTK).

Then RJ is a non-ASN employee, AS as a contractor and the suspect with the initials TT as the auction committee in the procurement of facilities and infrastructure for empowering fish cultivation businesses.

Of the seven suspects, only six were detained. The suspect with the initials SIH has not been detained because previously when he was summoned to the Purwakarta District Attorney's office on Thursday (5/6) he was not present. So far, his whereabouts are unknown.
