JAKARTA - The chairman of the NasDem faction of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Jupiter, appreciated the performance of the Governors of DKI Jakarta who had touched 100 days leading Jakarta from February 20 to May 31, 2025.

"Against 100 working days, the Governor of Jakarta, Pramono Anung, many have realized, yes, Pramono is not only an omon-omon, many real programs have been carried out and carried out," Jupiter said in a statement, Sunday, June 1.

However, Justin highlighted that one of Pramono-Rano's flagship programs was included in his campaign promise, namely the Jakarta Fund, which had not been implemented in the first 100 working days.

"Jakarta Fund is the idea of the regional investment agency that Pramono conveyed during the 2024 Pilkada campaign. He plans to use around Rp3 trillion in SiLPA funds (more budget calculations) for the Jakarta APBD as the initial capital," he said.

The Jakarta Fund is Pramono's way of increasing regional income by managing professionals such as the Indonesia Investment Authority (INA). However, the DKI Provincial Government needs longer time to develop the legality of the investment agency.

"The plan is hampered by regulations and regulations for the establishment of regional investment entities so that it takes longer to study and harmonize. Jakarta must ensure the establishment of an investment agency in accordance with applicable regulations," said Jupiter.

The idea to establish the Jakarta Fund was originally put forward by Pramono since the 2024 Pilkada campaign period. As an initial capital, Pramono will use the remaining funds for the budget calculation (SiLPA) of the DKI Jakarta APBD of around Rp. 3 trillion. The funds will be invested professionally to become new income for regional treasury.

Apparently, the process of forming the Jakarta Fund is not that easy. The DKI Provincial Government needs to align the establishment of investment agencies in Jakarta with existing regulations.

"Indeed, it is related to the regulations on how Jakarta can create an entity to become an investment agency and others. So, the obstacles are there," explained the Special Staff of the Governor of DKI for Public Communication, Chico Hakim.

However, Chico emphasized that the majority of Pramono-Rano's 100-day flagship programs had been inaugurated and implemented over the past three months.

Some of them are updating KJP funds, launching transit-oriented areas (TOD) such as Blok M Hub, reducing public transportation services for 15 groups.

In addition, the 24-hour opening of the park was inaugurated at the Banteng Square Park, to the expansion of the Transjabodetabek route.

"All of this is in line with the target. Because the 100 days are coming soon. Now in the remaining days before 100 days, what Pak Pram has done is more out. Then launch programs that have not been launched," he explained.
