The award was given directly by Andi Yudha Prayoga as CEO of Seven Media Asia which was held at Platinum Hotel Jimbaran Beach, Bali on Friday, May 16 evening.

"Thank you also to all the people of North Kalimantan where the Governor of North Kalimantan received this award, and this is not because of my own work but because of our joint work between the government and the community," said Governor Zainal.
Governor Zainal said that the Provincial Government of Kaltara under his leadership together with the Deputy Governor (Deputy Governor) of Kaltara Ingkong Ala, was determined to realize the planned program program.
