JAKARTA - The victim of the Binomo trading robot investment reported allegations of embezzlement and money laundering (TPPU) related to the sale of confiscated house assets belonging to the convict Indra Kenz.

He said the five reported were MN, MR, and RXS as administrators of the United Indonesia Traders Association (PTIB) Association, IP as members of PTIB, and NZ who acted as lawyers.
"The PTIB association sold Indra Kenz's confiscated assets after being handed over from the South Tangerang Public Prosecutor," said Irsan.
He also suspected that the reported had embezzled and TPPU related to Indra Kenz's confiscated house with a total loss of Rp. 30 billion.
The mode is to cut the compensation funds for the victims by Rp. 4 billion as a success fee for lawyers who have never received power or approval from the victim.
"The mode of the reported victims is by cutting the victims' money amounting to Rp 4 billion for the success fee for the lawyer they appointed, even though the lawyer was never given a power of attorney by the victims," he said.

Irsan assessed that the two assets of Indra Kenz's house in Medan had been sold by the reported parties for IDR 5.5 billion. In fact, he said that one of the houses sold was estimated to have a value of up to IDR 30 billion.

From the proceeds from the sale of the two houses, continued Irsan, funds amounting to Rp. 5.5 billion were then distributed to 144 victims with a total distribution value of Rp. 402 million.
Currently the case is being handled by the Polda Metro Jaya. The victims hope that this case can be followed up immediately.
"The victims hope that the Metro Jaya Police Chief will process this case quickly as in the previous Indra Kenz case, and immediately identify the suspect," said Irsan.
