DPR BKSAP Please 19th PUIC Conference In Indonesia Able To Demand Palestine Peace

JAKARTA - Deputy Chairman of the BKSAP DPR Irine Yusiana Roba Putri hopes that the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States (PUIC) conference or the Parliamentary Union conference of countries that are members of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) will be able to demand the world for eternal peace for Palestine.

Irine said the implementation of the 19th PUIC also marked the chairmanship of the DPR at the OIC State Parliamentary Union forum. Automatically, said Irine, Puan took on the task of being the 19th PUIC President.

"Mrs. Speaker of the DPR is again trusted to become president of international organizations and this time is the President for the 19th PUIC," said after accompanying Puan in a bilateral meeting at the DPR building, Tuesday, May 13.

According to Irine, one of the main issues discussed at the 19th PUIC conference in Indonesia is related to the commitment to fight for Palestinian independence. Puan also emphasized this in bilateral meetings with the leaders of the countries present.

"We want the 19th PUIC Conference in Indonesia to be able to demand the world for the peace that must occur in Palestine," said Irine.

Earlier, the Speaker of the House of Representatives said that Indonesia's support would never break up with brothers and sisters in Palestine until Palestine became an independent country. We believe that when this struggle becomes a common struggle, we will be stronger and harder to speak out for peace in Palestine," continued the member of Commission V of the House of Representatives.
