JAKARTA - The daily chairman of the Gerindra Party DPP, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, revealed the contents of President Prabowo Subianto's meeting with the 5th President and PDIP General Chair, Megawati Soekarnoputri on Jalan Teuku Umar, Menteng, Central Jakarta, last night.

Dasco revealed that the two discussed how to build the nation together in the future.

"I don't know exactly, but what is certain is to talk about Indonesia's future and how togetherness is to build Indonesia in the future," said Dasco, Tuesday, April 8.

The deputy chairman of the DPR said that the meeting between the two took place warmly and familiarly to coincide with the moment of Eid al-Fitr. This can be seen from the photo uploaded by him in his personal X account, where Prabowo and Megawati appear to be sitting next to each other with a smile.

"Yes, last night, Pak Prabowo and Mrs. Megawati were in a good and friendly relationship. So yes, last night's meeting was a family, friendly and warm meeting," said Dasco.

"So it didn't feel like the time was going on for quite a long time last night and a lot was discussed by these two figures," he continued.

Regarding whether this meeting indicated that PDIP's signal would join the Prabowo government, Dasco did not reveal further. He only said the matter was discussed privately by the two of them.

"For more four-eye talks," he said.

"I don't know, because of that the meeting was more than four eyes," said Dasco.
