Contraflow Implemented Again On The Cikampek KM 55-KM 65 Toll Road

PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) supports the Police discretion policy by opening the entrance to the KM 55 to KM 65 contraflow towards Cikampek, the Jakarta-Cikampek (Japek) Toll Road.

"PT JTT continues to support the policy of police discretion by opening the entrance to the KM 55 to KM 65 contraflow towards Cikampek toll road section Jakarta-Cikampek at 12.08 WIB," said Vice President Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT JTT Ria Marlinda Paallo as reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, April 2.

Currently, the volume of vehicle traffic towards Cikampek on the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road has been observed to increase.

"We urge users of the Jakarta - Cikampek toll road to prioritize safety, regulate speed and maintain distance, especially when going through the contraflow lane," said Ria.

For information, PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. recorded 1,963,152 vehicles leaving the Jabotabek area on the D-10 to D1 Idulfitri 1446H/Lebaran 2025 holiday.

This figure is the cumulative number of traffic flows (traffic) from the four Main Toll Gates (GT), namely GT Cikampek Utama (to Trans Java), Kalihurip Utama GT (to Bandung), Cikupa GT (to Merak), and Ciawi GT (to Puncak).

The total volume of traffic leaving the Jabotabek area increased by 25.5 percent when compared to normal traffic (1,563,702 vehicles) and rose 0.5 percent from Lebaran 2024 traffic in the same period (1,953,891 vehicles).
