Brutal! Children In Samarinda Hit Mother With Iron, Now Threatened With 5 Years In Prison

SAMARINDA - A child in Samarinda, East Kalimantan, has the heart to persecute his own biological mother with iron until she is battered just because of trivial problems.

The perpetrator, FR (22 years old), accused his mother of hiding his hat, which sparked anger that led to violence.

After the incident, the victim immediately reported his son to the Palaran Police and the police immediately secured the perpetrator without a fight.

The Head of the Palaran Police, AKP Iswanto, revealed that the perpetrator in the case of child abuse of biological mother in Samarinda hit his mother using a 20-centimeter-long iron cut (cm), causing serious injuries to the victim's right hand.

"The motive for this persecution was triggered by accusations by the perpetrator that his mother was hiding her hat. In fact, this is not true," said AKP Iswanto.

Now, FR must face legal consequences and be charged with Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence (UU KDRT) with a penalty of up to 5 years in prison.

Meanwhile, victims of the case of child abuse of biological mother in Samarinda are still recovering from the injuries they suffered.
