High School Teacher In Gorontalo Molested Students, The Mode Is Lured By Good Values

GORONTALO - Investigators of the Women and Children Protection Unit (PPA) of the Bone Bolango Police Criminal Investigation Unit, Gorontalomenyelidiki case of alleged sexual violence by unscrupulous teachers against their students at a high school (SMA) in Bolango Boone.

Bone Bolango Deputy Police Chief Kompol Karsum Ahmad said on Friday (14/3) the victim and her parents visited the Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) to report alleged sexual acts.

"After receiving the report, PPA personnel immediately took the victim to the hospital for a post-mortem," said the Deputy Chief of Police as reported by ANTARA, Monday, March 17.

Based on the victim's statement, acts of sexual violence were experienced on Tuesday (25/2).

The alleged perpetrator, who is a teacher at the school, had sex with the victim in one of the rooms in the school environment.

Before having sex with the victim, the alleged perpetrator promised to give good grades to the pre-employment subjects.

In handling this case, he said, investigators had visited the scene of the case, looking for and examining a number of witnesses, both from the school and other people who knew about the incident.

This case has been handled by PPA Unit investigators and is still under investigation, and a case title will be carried out immediately to be upgraded to the investigation stage.

"The victim is an adult, but if found guilty, the perpetrator is threatened with being charged with Article 6 letters B and C of Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence," he added.
