JAKARTA - The Coordinator of the Civil Development Coalition (KSST), Ronald Loblobly, believes in the evidence they have pocketed to report the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) at the AGO, Febrie Adriansyah, to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). He emphasized that this step was not taken carelessly.

Febrie was reported back to the anti-corruption commission on Monday, March 10. In the report, there were four allegations submitted.

"Yes, we have strong evidence. On the day at the DPR, the person concerned denied that the auction of mining assets in the Jiwasraya case was carried out by PPA. Due to his rebuttal, we submitted three other allegations," Ronald told reporters, Thursday, March 13.

Four corruption allegations that dragged Febrie and have been reported are related to the investigation of the PT Jiwasraya corruption case, the bribery case of Ronald Tannur with the defendant Zarof Ricar, corruption in coal mining governance in East Kalimantan, and the alleged money laundering crime (TPPU).

Ronald explained that three additional allegations other than the Jiwasraya case were deliberately reported to make sure similar cases did not happen again.

"The other three cases are emphasized that the report we submitted previously was not an baseless assumption, but rather part of the behavior pattern reported in carrying out its authority in handling corruption cases," he said.

Ronald is also optimistic that the KPK will investigate the four reports. He assessed that the anti-corruption commission in the era of Setyo Budiyanto's leadership had succeeded in handling cases involving big figures in Indonesia.

"We remind and add new reports to each commissioner so that they can be considered and there are developments in their handling," concluded Ronald.
