DKPP Holds A Session Of The Head Of TU Bawaslu Consisting Of Immoral-Violence Cases Tomorrow

JAKARTA - The Election Organizers Honorary Council (DKPP) is scheduled to hold a hearing to examine alleged violations of the Election Organizer Code of Ethics for case Number 44-PKE-DKPP/I/2025 on Tuesday (11/3), at 09.00 WIB.

This case was reported by a woman with the initials SLA who gave power to Antonius Mon Safendy, Berechmans M. Ambardi, and Juanita Valeri Tamal in handling her complaint.

The complainant complained that the Head of Administration for the Deputy for Technical Support of Bawaslu Fathul Andi Rizky Harahap.

The complainant suspected that the defendant had an unnatural relationship outside of marriage and committed domestic violence (KDRT) against the complainant.

DKPP Secretary David Yama revealed that the agenda of this trial was to hear statements from complainants, defendants, or related parties and witnesses presented.

According to him, DKPP has summoned the parties properly in accordance with the provisions of Article 22 paragraph (1) of DKPP Regulation Number 3 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Certifying the Code of Ethics for General Election Organizers as amended lastly by DKPP Regulation Number 1 of 2022.

"The DKPP Secretariat has properly summoned all parties by submitting a summons to the trial five days before the examination hearing is held," said David.

This trial will be held behind closed doors because it is related to immorality. "The examination trial with the subject matter related to decency will be held behind closed doors," he said.
