3 Pertamina Gas Station Digitization Corruption Suspects Prevented Overseas, 2 Of Them From PT Telkom

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has asked the Directorate General of Immigration to prevent three suspects in the alleged corruption of digitizing PT Pertamina's public refueling station (SPBU). This process is carried out to facilitate the investigation process.

"Three suspects, ed) have been banned," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardhika when contacted by VOI, Wednesday, February 19.

Tessa has not yet detailed the three suspects. He only mentioned two of them were state administrators within PT Telkom (Persero).

The prevention is carried out for six months and can be extended according to the needs of investigators.

"(The suspect, red) two from Telkom, one private sector," he said without explaining the contributions of the three.

Even so, the information gathered mentioned two suspects from PT Telkom (Persero) with the initials DR and W. Meanwhile, as a private party, E is the Director of PT Pacific Cipta Solusi.

Previously reported, the KPK is again investigating allegations of corruption at PT Pertamina (Persero). This time, the connection with the digitization project of public refueling stations (SPBU) allegedly occurred in 2019-2023.

To investigate this case, the anti-corruption commission has issued an investigation warrant (sprindik) in September 2024. Three suspects have been named.

In addition, the anti-corruption commission is also exploring the role of PT Telkom (Persero) in the process of digitizing gas stations which has resulted in harm to the state. Investigators are sure to continue to work to strengthen the evidence they already have.
