Deputy Of Golkar, Idrus Marham Calls 3Kg LPG Issues Used As Materials For The Golkar-Gerindra Challenges

The emergence of a polemic over the distribution of 3 kilograms of LPG to the public, according to the Deputy Chairperson of the Golkar Party, Idrus Marham, was used by irresponsible parties to pit the Golkar Party against the Gerindra Party.

However, he said that so far the relationship between the party bearing the banyan tree and the party bearing the Garuda head symbol has remained harmonious and solid. According to him, the matchmaking attempt will end in vain.

"Whatever their efforts to pit each other, let alone want to divide between Gerindra and Golkar, I have faith, it is impossible and surely the person is disappointed," said Idrus as quoted by ANTARA, Saturday, February 8.

As is known, the General Chairperson of the Golkar Party DPP Bahlil Lahadalia is the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) who is tasked with regulating the 3 kg LPG subsidy to make it more efficient.

However, the policy had caused a polemic, until Gerindra Party Daily Chair Sufmi Dasco Ahmad said that the policy was not President Prabowo Subianto's policy.

Idrus emphasized that Bahlil and Dasco's relationship remained harmonious even though the policy related to 3 kg LPG drew public attention. The two figures, he said, still have a liquid and productive relationship.

In addition, according to him, Bahlil has a leadership character in accordance with President Prabowo Subianto's criteria, namely being brave enough to face problems and being responsible for the policies taken.

Because, he said, Bahlil was not washing his hands in the 3 kg LPG polemic. In fact, Bahlil immediately met the people and installed a body against the policies decided.

"Well, this is also a character that is often conveyed by Pak Prabowo, right," he said.

Currently, the government continues to instruct that 3 kg LPG can still be sold at the retail level even though it was previously banned.
