JAKARTA - The National Police said there was a possibility that Shindy Paul Soerjomeoljono alias Jozeph Paul Zhang would be deported from the country where he is currently. This can be done when the red notice issuance process through Interpol has been completed.

"Yes, so the key is that after the red notice is issued, of course, it will be communicated with the local government. The government of his country lives in Germany," said Head of Public Relations Division of the National Police, Kombes Ahmad Ramadhan, to reporters, Tuesday, April 20.

In fact, if the red notice has been completed, the National Police can directly pick up Jozeph Paul Zhang, who has been secured by the German police.

In the red norice management stage, the National Police through Ses NCB has sent issuance requirements. So, it remains only to wait from Interpol.

"Once again, we just wait because the process carried out by the investigator is not direct but through Ses NCB Interpol Indonesia and communicated directly to Interpol in the city of Lyon, France. That's the mechanism," said Ramadhan.

"This will take time, could be a week or more. We'll just wait," he said.

Previously, Kabareskrim Polri, Komjen Agus Andiranto, said that currently his party is collaborating with Interpol to track down Jozeph Paul Zhang's whereabouts.

Later, from the coordination with Interpol, it is possible that a rednotice will be published.

"Evidence is sufficient, an investigation has been carried out, the perpetrator is clear. If you are abroad, we will issue a People Wanted List (DPO)," said Agus.

"We are coordinating with Hubinter for the continuation of rednotice publication," he continued.

Meanwhile, Jozeph Paul Zhang, through a video uploaded to the YouTube account Hagios Europe, said that he had given up Indonesian citizenship status. So, he did not think he could be arrested. If possible, only use European law.
