HNW Calls Gaza's Victory Also The Rescue Of Global Civilizations

JAKARTA - Deputy Chairman of the Indonesian People's Consultative Assembly (MPR RI) Hidayat Nur Wahid (HNW) said the victory of Palestinian fighters in Gaza against Israeli invaders was not only in the military context, but also victory in terms of civilization, culture, and saving global humanity.

"With the genocide against Gaza, Israel has violated recognized international norms, laws and conventions, even Israel ignores and violates various credible international decisions such as the United Nations, ICC, ICJ, Amnesty International and others," HNW said in a statement in Jakarta, Saturday.

In remarks at Ust's "National Conference in Context of Celebrating the Victory of Palestine and Gaza" and the Launch of Ust's book Taufan Al-Aqsa. Fahmi Salim at Nusantara V Building, Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta (31/1), explained that the resistance of Palestinian fighters in Gaza since October 7, 2023 has clearly opened up about Israel's crimes and pollutants, as well as double standards of Israeli supporters.

The ceasefire with Hamas, which was finally 'forced' by Israel, further proves how different civilization and humanity are, Israel's behavior towards its inhuman prisoners and the attitude of the fighters in Gaza who are full of civilization.

In fact, it was publicly recognized by Israeli female soldiers who were occupied by Gaza/Palestinian fighters.

"Winnings like this, of course, are a very important victory, especially saving global civilization and world planning. Because, with various disobediences and violations, that's what Israel has been turning off," he said.

He also agreed with the statement of Colombian President Gustavo Petro who said that allowing Gaza or Palestine to be colonized by Israel would be tantamount to allowing world civilization to be killed by Israel.

Therefore, efforts to save Palestine and save Gaza are the same as saving world civilization. This is what Palestinian fighters in Gaza did and they managed to do so.

"Therefore it is important to be supported so that it continues, and it is important to be grateful that this victory leads to the Liberation of al-Aqsha Mosques, Palestinian independence and peace in the region," explained HNW.

"Of course we really understand that the victory of Gaza which falls in the month of Rajab should be grateful," he continued.

On that occasion, HNW said that Taufan Al-Aqsa's book was a very important part of the role or effort to save civilization and a role to end the colonialism of thought and information sequestration.

In addition, eliminating the absence of Israel and its allies, through various information engineering that even the victims could not distinguish between terrorists (Israel) and victims of terror and genocide (Gaza).

In fact, he continued, he proudly called Gaza, which was assisted by the US with contraceptives, even though it was Gaza in Mozambique, not Gaza in Palestine.

"They also spread misleading interpretations about the essence of al-Aqsha Mosque. Therefore, everything is important to correct through scientific works and the publication of facts as shown in the book Taufan Al Aqsa," added HNW.

He explained that the activity at the MPR was to reaffirm Indonesia's principle of defending and supporting Palestine, in accordance with the mandate in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, especially in the first and fourth paragraphs that had been agreed upon by the MPR as cannot be changed.

Indonesia's attitude should not change strongly in support of Palestinian independence and reject the Israeli occupation, which has also been repeated by all Indonesian Presidents.

"We in Parliament, which have provided a very strong constitutional basis, will continue to maintain and strengthen it so that it becomes part of strengthening the attitude of the government and the entire Indonesian people as well as accompanying the world community to reject colonialism and bring independence to Palestine, for peace and safety. humanity and global civilization," he concluded.
