Gerindra Reminds Regional Heads Pro Government Programs, Including Free Nutrition Eating

JAKARTA - Secretary General (Secretary General) of the Gerindra Party DPP Ahmad Muzani reminded every elected regional head to fulfill political promises carried during the campaign period.

He said political promises in the campaign were the main things that a leader had to fulfill to his people, including regional heads promoted by the Gerindra Party.

"What I want to remind you is what has been said in the campaign promise to constituents, please do it, please keep it, pay it. Because it is the duty of a leader," said Muzani in a written statement, Monday, January 27, confiscated by Antara.

He also reminded that every regional head is pro against the central government's program, especially the Free Nutrition Food (MBG) program as a flagship program in order to realize the golden generation towards advanced Indonesia. So to make this a success, good coordination and communication are needed between the center and the regions.

"We feel that everything that is the need of the community is communicated and well coordinated between the central government and local governments. Therefore, this meeting is a good start so that central and regional relations are harmonious in an effort to prosper the people," he said.

He also admitted that he was ready to bridge every regional head to communicate with the relevant ministries to solve community problems, as a commitment from the Gerindra Party to help regional heads fulfill their political promises.

"So later when the Regent of the Mayor in Jakarta, don't hesitate to communicate with us," said the chairman of the MPR RI.

He said the meeting of regional heads in addition to being a gathering place, was also a discussion to solve community problems. Among them are budget deficit problems, road infrastructure, irrigation, investment, and public health.

"We understand that there are many problems in urban districts. Who knows, we can beat and who knows, we can help from community problems in urban districts," he said.
