Tourists On The Hope Island Of The Thousand Islands Continue To Increase Ahead Of The Long Holiday

Tourists to Harapan Island, Thousand Islands District, Thousand Islands Regency, DKI Jakarta, continue to experience an increase ahead of the long isra mi'raj holiday, collective leave and the Chinese New Year.

According to the Head of Harapan Island, Yusuf, the number of tourist visitors who enter or come to the island of hope is 978 people on Saturday, January 25, 2025.

"For the number of Sundays, there are 1,043 people, meaning more than the Nataru long holiday," said Lurah Yusuf when confirmed by VOI, Sunday, January 26.

Yusuf said the decline in tourists on the long Nataru holiday was due to unfavorable weather factors.

"But thank God, the isra mi'raj holiday, collective leave and Chinese New Year, the weather supports tourism on vacation in the Thousand Islands, especially Harapan Panjang Village," he said.

Based on data on the number of tourists who arrived on Sunday, January 26, 2025, there were 1,043 visitors.

"The arrival of KM Black pearl 2 from Ancol is 65 people, KM Merpati from Ancol there are 210 people, KM Kelapa from Ancol there are 205 people, KM Kriastria 1 from Kaliadem there are 199 people, KM Milles 2 from Kaliadem there are 199 people, KM Bahtera 2 from Kaliadem there are 65 people and KM Rindu Alam from Kaliadem there are 100 people," he said.

Yusuf hopes that the number of visitors to Harapan Island will continue to increase until the long holiday on Wednesday, January 29, 2025.
