The District Secretariat Had Asked For Official Data In Prabowo's Cabinet Who Had Not Reported Wealth To The KPK

The Cabinet Secretariat (Setkab) contacted the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) ahead of the end of the state administrators' wealth report (LHKPN) today. Cabinet Secretary is said to have asked for data related to officials in the Red and White Cabinet who have not carried out their obligations.

This was conveyed by the Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring of the KPK Pahala Nainggolan who conveyed the compliance of ministers, deputy ministers to delegates and special staff of President Prabowo Subianto.

Initially, Pahala said that the Cabinet Secretariat immediately issued a circular so that these officials immediately completed their obligations.

However, there are still officials who until Friday, January 17 yesterday have not submitted their LHKPN. The number is said to have reached 23 people.

"Friday, the Cabinet Secretariat communicated with us, asking for data on who hasn't. As far as I remember, several people asked for help in filling," Pahala told reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Tuesday, January 21.

After this communication, Pahala said, the officials in Prabowo's cabinet immediately completed the LHKPN. "We think the internal cabinet may be enforced for compliance," he said.

"Because Friday is still 23 (people who have not submitted LHKPN, ed). After the Cabinet Secretariat ask us to submit the data, maybe Saturday, Sunday, Monday, the compliance is 100 percent," continued Pahala.

Previously reported, the KPK revealed that officials in the Red and White Cabinet had submitted reports on the assets of state administrators (LHKPN). Mainly, 58 new officials have never fulfilled these obligations.

"This 58 has never conveyed it at all. According to our data, all of them have conveyed it," Pahala said at a press conference at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Tuesday, January 21.

According to Pahala, there is actually still a special staff who has not reported. He is Tina Talisa who was inaugurated as the special staff of Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka on December 6.

"So one (Tina Talisa, ed) is due December 6 plus three months (or in March, ed)," he said.

The total 58 new officials in Prabowo's cabinet have various assets. At the highest, the reported figure reached IDR 5.4 trillion.

This figure turns out to be the Minister of Tourism Widiyanti Putri. She is noted to have assets of land and buildings worth Rp. 152,028,275,000, all of which are located in the South Jakarta area.

Widiyanti also has seven cars with details of the 2014 Mercedes Benz S63 worth IDR 2,964,000,000; 2011 Toyota Vellfire 3.5 AT worth IDR 506,000,000; 2011 Bentley Continental GT worth IDR 2,879,000,000; Land Rover Range Rover 5.0 Autobiography worth IDR 2,387,000,000; Bentley Flying Spur W12 in 2022 worth IDR 4,577,000,000; Lexus LM350H in 2024 worth IDR 2,500,000,000; and Lexus LS500H in 2024 worth IDR 3,650,000,000.

Furthermore, Widiyanti also has other movable assets with a value of Rp43,814,169,039; securities worth Rp5,075,638,855,071; cash and cash equivalents with a value of Rp67,168,797,235; and other assets with a value of Rp77,719,917,824.

Widiyanti did not record debt ownership. Thus, her assets did not experience a reduction, amounting to IDR 5,435,833,014,169
