The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also emphasized that the Indonesian government avoided speculation regarding the issue without clear and valid information.
"Indonesia remains firm in the position that any attempt to move Gazans is unacceptable," the statement continued.
The Indonesian government considers that efforts to reduce the population of Gaza will only strengthen Israel's illegal occupation of the Palestinian territories. This is in line with a larger strategy to expel Palestinians from Gaza.
