Heavy Rain, Minister Trenggono Visits The Palace In The Middle Of The Sea Fence Tuai Polemic

JAKARTA - Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KP) Sakti Wahyu Trenggono visited the Presidential Palace in Jakarta, Monday, January 20. He visited the Palace in the middle of a sea fence polemic in Tangerang waters, Banten.

Arriving at the Palace at around 15.10 WIB in the middle of the rain, Minister Trenggono was accompanied by Deputy Minister (Wamen) Didit Herdiawan.

Deputy Minister Didit, who wore the clothes after the white shirt and black pants went first, entered the Palace door, then followed by Minister Trenggono.

On the previous occasion, the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries coordinated the demolition of the sea fence in Tangerang waters, Banten, with the ranks of the Indonesian Navy (TNI AL).

"We are coordinating with the Chief of Naval Staff and his staff, Mr. Wamen (Deputy Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Didit Herdiawan Ashaf), in order to evaluate what is currently a crowded issue, namely the matter of the sea fence," Trenggono said in a statement in Jakarta, Monday, January 10, quoted by Antara.

Minister Trenggono said that his party would hold a coordination meeting with the ranks of the Indonesian Navy on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 morning, then at noon on the same day, the ranks of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) in synergy with the Indonesian Navy continued to demolish the 30.16 kilometer long sea fence in the waters.

On the same occasion, the Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Navy Admiral TNI Muhammad Ali said that coordination with Minister Trenggono, Deputy Minister Didit and his staff were an effort to evaluate the demolition of the sea fence in the waters.
