MAKASSAR - Makassar Mayor Moh Ramdhan Pomanto (Danny Pomanto) ordered the Makassar Regional Asset Financial Management Agency (BPKAD) to immediately pay the additional employee income allowance (TPP) which has not been paid since January-February.
"I have ordered BPKAD to immediately pay the TPP of the ASN (state civil servant) because it is their right", said Danny Pomanto in Makassar, South Sulawesi, Monday, March 8.
Danny Pomanto said that additional employee allowances are the right of every ASN who works optimally according to their performance.
He said, before being appointed as mayor for the second term, many complaints came in because the TPP had not been disbursed.
But Danny Pomanto said TPP payments would be adjusted to regional financial conditions, especially in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
"That is their right. They cannot be detained. Their sweat must be paid immediately. I ask the BPKAD for the disbursement process", he said.
Meanwhile, BPKAD Makassar Helmi Budiman also confirmed this. He said that if the Makassar City Government TPP disbursement budget was ready.
"Alhamdulillah, our funds are ready to pay the TPP allowance in Makassar. We will allocate this budget to pay the TPP for January and February", said Helmi, quoted by Antara.
Regarding the timing of the disbursement of the Makassar City Government ASN TPP, he could not confirm the exact date. However, Helmi ensures that it will immediately process the budget if all regional apparatus organizations (OPD) have reported the data.
