Juliari's Subordinates Reveal Proposers For Social Assistance Package Providers, One Of Which Is Marwan Dasopang

JAKARTA - Former Commitment Making Officer (PPK) of the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos) Adi Wahyono mentioned the names of proposers for companies in the social assistance (bansos) basic food supply project. One of them is Deputy Chairman of Commission VIII DPR Marwan Dasopang.

This statement was conveyed by Adi Wahyono when he was a witness in the trial of alleged bribery for social assistance with the defendants Harry Van Sidabukke and Ardian Iskandar Maddanatja.

Initially, the public prosecutor (JPU) studied the investigation report (BAP) of Adi Wahyono which mentioned that there were regular meetings with Juliari P. Batubara regarding the provision of social assistance.

Adi agrees with this statement. According to him, a meeting is held at least once a week about the procurement of social assistance.

"We have routine evaluations, at least once a week, twice there are 6 evaluations," Adi said during a trial at the Corruption Court, Jakarta, Monday, March 8.

The prosecutor then elaborated on the quota for the package of the company appointed as the provider of the first phase of basic food assistance, determined by several officials from the Ministry of Social Affairs. Some of them are the Director of Social Security Protection (LinJamsos) of the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos), Head of Sub-Directorate General of Social and Political Affairs of the Ministry of Social Affairs Mokhamad O. Royani, and Victorius Saut Hamonangan Siahaan as Head of the Sub-Directorate for Social and Political Disaster Management at the Directorate of Social Protection for Social Disaster Victims (PSKBS) Ministry of Social Affairs.

"No matter who the companies are affiliated with and these details are 1 to 38 correct?" asked the prosecutor.

"For example number 1, CV Bahtera Asa Dua, has a quota of 233,865 (affiliations) Kukuh, this is Kukuh an Expert staff, correct?" continued the prosecutor.

Without saying much, Adi immediately agreed.

Furthermore, the prosecutor again asked the BAP from Adi which contained several big names or politicians who were proposing the company that provided food packages.

"The company data is in your file, but the names of the proposers are clear. If they are not recorded, you cannot possibly mention them, because you did not participate in stage one. You can enter the name of the vendor or proposer and affiliation, what is the story?" said the prosecutor.

"These are the names Kukuh, Marwan Dasopang, Hartono Laras, Dadang Iskandar, Ihsan Yunus, Juliari P Batubara, Candara, M. O. Royani and so on. Of course, you don't just mention it, of course, there is data?" continued the prosecutor.

Adi mentioned the names that were often mentioned at the meeting. Because of that, Adi knows that they are proposing a company providing social assistance packages.

"So when we conveyed the information about the appearers, it was at the end of the activity. That's why the information is the accumulation from us often holds meetings. So I heard," said Adi.
