Charged To Pay For Alcohol, A Drunken CS Brigadier Blindly Shoots 4 People At RM Cafe Cengkareng

JAKARTA - Bripda CS has to face legal proceedings after shooting 3 people dead at RM Cafe Cengkareng. Bripda CS, who was drunk, shot blindly when he was asked to pay for the liquor he consumed.

"But at around 4:00 a.m. because the cafe was already closed, a fight broke out between the suspect and the cafe staff," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Yusri Yunus, to reporters, Thursday, February 25.

Bripda CS comes to RM Cafe Cengkareng at around 02.00 WIB in the morning, Thursday, February 25th. Bripda CS is said to be at the RM Cafe for about 2 hours, consuming alcoholic drinks.

When leaving this location, a quarrel occurred. Bripda CS took out a firearm and opened fire on the people at the RM Cafe.

"With a drunken state, brother CS took out a firearm and shot 4 people. Three died on the spot and 1 is still being treated in hospital," said Yusri.

The victims who died as a result of the Bripda BS cowboy action were members of the TNI with the initials S, cafe employees with the initials FSS and M. One person being treated was the initials H.

Meanwhile, Bripda CS was named a suspect. He was charged with Article 338 of the Criminal Code on murder.

For this incident, the Head of the Metro Jaya Regional Police, Inspector General Fadil Imran, apologized to the families of the victims and the TNI AD institutions.

"As Kapolda Metro Jaya, the suspect's superior, I apologize to the public, to the families of the victims and to the Indonesian Army. My deep condolences for this incident," he said.
