The TP Rachmat Conglomerate Company Receives Credit From The Richest Person Bank In Indonesia Of IDR 150 Billion

JAKARTA - The transportation service company owned by conglomerate Theodore Permadi (TP) Rachmat, PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk (ASSA) obtained a credit facility from PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) worth IDR 150 billion.

The signing of the credit agreement between ASSA and the bank owned by duo Hartono, the richest person in Indonesia, was carried out at the end of 2020. This fund will be used by the company owned by the 18th richest man in Indonesia to buy new vehicle units.

Quoted from the disclosure of information on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, ASSA Corporate Secretary Hindra Tanujaya said, with this credit facility, his party could buy new vehicles to rent out for violations of the company.

"Our revenue or income has also increased so that our business activities will develop", he said.

ASSA targets to be able to reap IDR 4 trillion in revenue throughout 2021. In general, ASSA targets a performance growth of around 20-30 percent in this metal buffalo year.

For information, as of February 39, 2020, ASSA shares are still controlled by PT Adi Dinamika Investindo with an ownership of 25.08 percent. PT Daya Adicipta Mustika holds 19.17% of shares, Prodjo Sunarjanto 10%.

The tycoon, TP Rachmat narrowed 5.21 percent. The remaining 40.54 percent is held by the public.
