JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Agency (Nakertransgi) has given a deadline for companies that have not paid the Eid Al-Fitr 1444 Hijri holiday allowance to their employees until December 2023. "That's why I said four to five months for the process of giving THR since the complaint was received. This is June, at least December it must be finished," said Head of the Nugroho Day Nakertransgi Service when confirmed, Antara, Thursday, June 22. So far, said Hari, his party is still in the mediation process with companies that violate. The length of the prosecution process is due to the limited number of officers conducting surveillance. "The point is that we are still in the mediation process, but what is not in accordance with the UMR (Regional Minimum Wage) we call, our supervisors come in. But we know that our supervisors are only 40 people, so we have to be one by one," explained Hari. Selain itu, Hari menyebut biasanya tidak ada perusahaan yang melanggar batas waktu yang telah ditetapkan. Hari also reminded the company of sanctions for revocation of business licenses if they do not pay the THR. "Usually when it's been 3-4 months, the company thinks too, well instead of (the company) being closed, it's just paid. Usually they like to buy time. But in the end they will definitely be paid," said Hari. The companies that entered the Department of Nakertransgi related to the THR complaint amounted to 439 and all of them were in progress. "Of the 439 companies that entered the complaint, 263 companies have been completed. The rest, 176 companies are still in progress," said Hari. In the THR settlement, Hari said that the company must explain the reasons for not paying or paying but not following the provisions.
