JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has secured documents that are suspected of being related to the gratification case at the Batu City Government in 2011-2017.
Acting KPK spokesman for prosecution Ali Fikri said that this document was secured by investigators after they conducted a search in two places, including the official residence of the Mayor of Batu and the home of Eddy Rumpoko, the former Mayor of Batu, on Thursday, January 14.
"Some have been secured, including various documents related to this gratification case," Ali said in his written statement, Friday, January 15.
This evidence, he continued, would be further verified and analyzed.
"After that, confiscation will be carried out as evidence in the case," said Ali.
