List Of PPHAM Monitoring Teams Formed By Jokowi, Chaired By Sesmenkopolhukam

YOGYAKARTA President Joko Widodo formed a Monitoring Team for the Implementation of Non-Judicial Settlement Recommendations for Serious Human Rights Violations aka the PPHAM Monitoring Team. The PPHAM Monitoring Team list consists of 46 members who are a mixture of human rights activists and institutions.

The formation of the PPHAM Monitoring Team is carried out through Presidential Decree (Keppres) Number 4 of 2023 concerning the Monitoring Team for the Implementation of Non-Judicial Settlement Recommendations for Serious Violations of Human Rights. This regulation was signed by President Jokowi on Wednesday, March 15, 2023.

The PPHAM monitoring team is based below and responsible to the President.

The PPHAM monitoring team consists of a steering team and an implementing team. The composition is as follows.

1. Steering Team

The membership composition of the steering team consists of:

A. Chairman: Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs.

B. Deputy Chairman: Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture.

The membership composition of the Implementing Team consists of:

A. Chairman: Secretary of the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security Affairs.

B. Deputy Chairman I: Secretary of the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture.

C. Deputy Chairman II: Makarim Wibisono.

D. Secretary: Deputy for Legal and Human Rights Coordination, Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security Affairs.

E. Deputy Secretary: Special Staff to the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs for Institutional Relations.
