Inspector General Napoleon Objection That Joko Tjandra And Tommy Sumardi's Cell Phones Are Not Confiscated By Investigators

JAKARTA - The defendant in the case of alleged red notice bribery, Inspector General Napoleon Bonaparte objected because the cellphones belonging to Joko Tjandra and Tommy Sumardi were not confiscated. This statement was conveyed when the trial of the case presented Joko Tjandra as a witness.

Inspector General Napoleon's objection was conveyed when the panel of judges gave him the opportunity to respond to Joko Tjandra's testimony. "Your Honor, in this case file I saw that almost all the cellphones of all witnesses, including mine, were confiscated by the investigator with the sim card number that I used from 2017 until the investigators confiscated it," said Inspector General Napoleon during a trial at the Corruption Court, Central Jakarta, Thursday, December 17th.

In fact, said Inspector General Napoleon, the two cellphones used by the defendants for the March-June 2020 period allegedly had strong evidence for this case. In fact, the data on both cellphones can make this case bright.

Meanwhile, Joko Tjandra who responded to Inspector General Napoleon's statement said that his cellphone with the number [phone] was not confiscated. The reason is, the cellphone has been thrown away.

This cellphone is discarded because the number used has been spread because of the busy information on social media. The information referred to by Joko Tjandra is the El Diablo Twitter account @xdigeeembok.

In this thread, the conversation between Joko Tjandra and his lawyer at the time, Anita Kolopaking, explained to make it easier for him to arrive in Indonesia.
