This New Market full of historical value also offers various tourist themes such as shopping tourism, culinary tourism, and religious tourism.

Pasar Baru consists of more than 100 stores, some of which have even been established since before the Proclamation of Indonesian Independence. Not only that, in the Pasar Baru area there are also places of worship from various religions such as Lautze Mosque, Chicken Church, Klteng Sin Tek Bio and Sikh Temple.
