JAKARTA - Police said the former child artist with the initials IBS had used methamphetamine-type drugs before being arrested. So, from the arrest, the police only found a set of methamphetamine suction devices.

"(Sabu) has been used up," said Head of the South Jakarta Metro Police Narcotics Detective, Kompol Wadi Sa'abani to VOI, Friday, December 4.

However, it is not yet known about the amount of crystal methamphetamine consumed by IBS or the identity of Iyut Bing Slamet. The police are still examining him intensively.

"It's still being checked," he said.

Even though he did not find any evidence of methamphetamine, said Wadi, his party could confirm that IBS was a meth user. This belief is based on the results of urine tests.

"We have also tested the urine and the results are positive," he said.

Meanwhile, IBS or Iyut Bing Slamet was arrested at his residence in Kramat Sentiong, Johar Baru, Central Jakarta, on Thursday 3 December.

From the arrest, the police secured a number of butki tools. Some of them are a plastic clip of used methamphetamine and cell phones.
