Mother Of Child Obscenity Victims In Cakung Have Reported To KPAI And The Police, But There Was No Response

JAKARTA - S, the mother of two children victims of sexual violence in the Cakung area, East Jakarta, hopes for justice for the acts of sexual violence experienced by her two children. The reason is, S has made a complaint report to KPAI but there has been no response. "At KPAI I have (come to report) and met Mrs. Agnes. But the second report was answered, she said it was dependent on the police. She has reported to KPAI (there has been no follow-up)," said S, parents of victims of sexual violence against journalists at the East Jakarta Metro Police, Monday, September 19. Meanwhile, according to Marios Pasaribu, the victim's attorney, the sexual violence incident had also been reported to the Police on February 11, 2022, but there were no follow-up so SP3 appeared.

"We want to explain the matter of justice to this mother. Cases of sexual abuse to minors. Victims are 4.5 years old, children from S, the victim's mother. The perpetrator is 20 years old, the victim's neighbor," he said. Marios further explained that there were two victims of this sexual violence incident. "The victims of the perpetrators are not only one person, these two mothers are victims of sexual abuse. First, the child is a victim of sexual abuse and the two boys are being molested," he said. A 4.5-year-old boy became a victim of sexual violence perpetrated by a 20-year-old youth, his own neighbor. The perpetrator's depraved act was carried out 10 times suspected of sodomizing the victim in the Cakung area, East Jakarta. S, the victim's parents and their legal counsel reported the incident that happened to their child to the East Jakarta Metro Police on Monday, September 19. S even admitted that his two children were victims of sexual violence by the perpetrators.
