UPRS Rusunawa West Jatinegara Insist On Asking Parents Of Student Disposal Of Babies To Lift Feet From Flats

JAKARTA - Head of the West Jatinegara Flats Management Unit (UPRS), Dwiyanti Chotifah, said that his party would give Amran's family time to vacate the Rusunawa rooms by July 15 at the latest.

"It has also been conveyed to the person concerned, if you hand over the unit before July 15, you can register again at another flat," said Dwiyanti, Tuesday, July 5.

Furthermore, Dwiyanti said that if Amran did not move by July 15, UPRS would issue a warning letter.

"But if you don't move until July 15 (you haven't moved), we issue a warning letter (SP) 1, SP 2, and forced vacancies, you will automatically be blacklisted for 10 years, you can't register all of the flats," he said.

However, Dwiyanti said, unit owners can also get an extension if they submit a letter to the flat manager.

"For example, on the 15th (July) he can't move, he can go to the manager to ask for an extension," he said.

Meanwhile, Amran's family responded to the reason for the management of the West Jatinegara Flats (Rusun), East Jakarta, regarding his expulsion from the flat for the sake of the mental development of the baby with the initials NA, the son of MS (19).

Amran said he wanted to stay in the West Jatinegara Flat. He also said that MS would be married off by the man who impregnated his daughter.

"I will marry him, I will make the administrative process, namely his ID card, certificate, family card, marriage certificate. So I want to fix everything," said Amran, Tuesday, July 5.

The plan for NA's baby will be carried by the MS and N couple when they are married. So that NA will avoid potential bullying from peers or residents in the flat in the future.

"I said I'm sorry, after my son is married, my grandson will be brought with my children MS and N to Banten. So he doesn't live here. So God willing, it won't interfere socially again in the future," he said.

Therefore, he asked the management to give him time to process the existing administrative requirements related to his daughter MS's marriage.

"In these weeks I will solve my child's problems to marry off my son. So, everything takes time and a process like that. If later there is a policy from the management, please understand that there are many things that must be helped," he said. (Rizky Sulistio )
