Previously, a motorcycle rider was killed by a truck on Jalan Haji Darip (formerly Jalan Bekasi Timur Raya), Jatinegara, East Jakarta, at 05.30 WIB.
Kanit Laka Satlantas Metro Polres East Jakarta Iptu Seno Wibowo said the victim was a man with the initials R (55), who rode an automatic motorcycle with the number B-3681-UKM.
"Lost of control because there is a bumpy road," said Seno.
Seno added that the victim was initially crossing from the direction of Jatinegara to Klender via Jalan Haji Darip.
When passing at the Transjakarta Immigration Bus Stop, East Jakarta, the victim lost control of the inside because his motorbike passed through a bumpy track.
The victim then fell and was hit by a passing truck. The victim died at the scene due to severe injuries to the head and body.
