JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government today re-opened a ball pick-up service for changing the population documents of residents affected by the change of street names to names of Betawi figures.

In South Jakarta, the ball pick-up service is located at the Guru Amin Mosque, SMK Karya Teladan, KH Guru Amin Street. Service starts at 09.00 western Indonesia time.
In East Jakarta, the service is located at the RW 01 Secretariat Office, H. Bokir Bin Djiun Street, Duku Village, Kramat Jati District. Service starts at 09.00 western Indonesia time.
In Central Jakarta, the service is carried out on Jalan Raden Ismail, RT 11 RW 04, Cideng Village, Gambir District. Service starts at 13.00 western Indonesia time.
In West Jakarta, the service is located at Post RW 01, Rawa Buaya Subdistrict, Guru Ma'mun Street. Service starts at 09.00 western Indonesia time.
In the Thousand Islands, ball pick-up services are carried out on Habib Ali Bin Ahmad Street, Panggang Island, and the Secretariat Office RT 04 RW 02 Kyai H Mursalin Street, Panggang Island. Service starts at 09.00 western Indonesia time.

Previously, the Head of the DKI Population and Civil Registration Agency (Disdukcapil) Budi Awaludin said this service aims to provide convenience and convenience for people who want to change their address according to the new road naming.
"The ball pick-up service and door-to-door outreach will be carried out on an ongoing basis, changing locations randomly every day until residents have population data with the latest addresses," Budi said in his statement, some time ago.
Budi said that the change in the street with the name of the Betawi figure, also changed the address column on the KTP, KIA, and Family Card.

"Based on existing data, there are 5,637 mandatory ID cards affected by the change in street names," said Budi.
