9 Times In A Row The National Police Get The WTP Predicate In The Financial Management Sector

JAKARTA - The Indonesian National Police (Polri) under the leadership of General Listyo Sigit Prabowo received the Unqualified Predicate (WTP) in the state financial management sector for the 2021 fiscal year.

The predicate was obtained based on the results of an audit conducted by the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) of the Republic of Indonesia.

"The result of the investigation is that the Indonesian National Police currently has the title of unqualified or WTP," said member of AKN I BPK RI, Nyoman Adhi Suryadnyana, to reporters, Tuesday, June 28.

In fact, this is not the first time the Police have received this title. It is noted that the Bhayangkara Corps has received the WTP title nine times in a row.

So, continued Nyoman, the Police are expected to continue to contribute to the State Non-Tax Revenue (PNBP) for the state. For example, in the process of extending the Vehicle Number Certificate (STNK) and so on.

"Also carry out additional duties and functions that make a significant contribution to revenue, especially from Non-Tax State Revenue or PNBP for this country," he said.

In addition, the National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, said that good financial management is one of the commitments of the National Police. In particular, the utilization and use of state finances is transparent and accountable and can be accounted for.

"Encouraging income or additions related to the APBN budget which may be able to help push from the PNBP side and oversee government policies in maintaining economic growth," said Listyo.

In fact, the four-star general firmly stated that the National Police would keep the APBN running properly.

"In a situation of uncertainty by guarding various strategies, economic transformation," said Listyo.
