TANGSEL - A child with the initials MZA (16) became a victim of violence and bullying by his peers. Worse yet, the perpetrator turned off the cigarette on the victim's tongue. Not only that, the victim's body was also stabbed by the perpetrator using a screwdriver.

Yudi, the head of the local RT, confirmed the incident. The incident took place at the house of the witness, S in the Serpong area, South Tangerang, Monday, May 16, in the evening.

Yudi said the victim's hand was also stabbed with a screwdriver. But, said Yudi, the puncture was not too deep so it should not be handled more seriously.

"It is true that his tongue was burned with a cigarette. In addition, his hand was stabbed with a screwdriver. But it was not only scratched. Now the victim is at home," Yudi said when contacted by VOI, Wednesday, May 18.

On that occasion, Yudi admitted that he did not know more about the incident. However, he only found out when the victim was playing at the witness' house with the perpetrators.

"The story is that the victim, witness and friends of the witness or the perpetrator are playing at the witness's house. So those who are bullying don't know, they are outsiders, not from here," he said.

Yudi revealed that the victim was a child with a disability. So he cannot fight back when the perpetrators are violent.

"(The victim) is a bit different from other friends. Not to mention the perpetrators there are 4 people," he explained.

Departing from the incident, Yudi together with the victim and his parents reported the incident to the South Tangerang Police.

"The process has arrived at the South Tangerang Police. The incident was Monday (16 May) night, the report was Tuesday (17 May) night. The report was shared with the victim, her parents and I (the head of the RT) as assistance," said Yudi.

Meanwhile, the South Tangerang Police Chief, AKBP Sarly Sollu, confirmed the report. But he refused to explain the case further.

"It is true that there have been reports (of cases of violence)," said Sarly when he was confirmed, Wednesday, May 19.
