MEDAN - Medan Mayor Bobby Nasution again responded quickly to complaints from residents about the roads on the banks of the Denai River, Medan Denai.

Bobby Nasution immediately moved quickly to the location, Sunday, January 16. It is certain that repairs will be carried out immediately, because the existence of the road is very vital for local residents.

The Denai Riverside road has been continuously eroding for the past 4 years, until the last year the road was completely impassable.

The residents submitted a complaint to the Mayor, Bobby Nasution, because the road had been impassable for more than a year.

Therefore Bobby Nasution wanted to see firsthand the condition of the road along the Denai River accompanied by the Head of Public Works (PU) of Medan City, Typhoon Obaja Ginting for further repairs, so that the activities of local residents would no longer be disturbed.

A number of residents submitted complaints regarding the damage to the roads along the Denai River to Bobby. They hope that the road will be repaired as soon as possible, so that residents can cross it calmly and comfortably.

"Before it was damaged, this road was an alternative road used by residents, including school children. For that we hope the Mayor can fix it immediately. We are very happy because the mayor has come and followed up on our complaints. In addition to road repairs, we also hope so that the road can be paved," said a housewife who claimed to be named Hamidah quoted from a statement from the Public Relations of the Medan City Government, Sunday, January 16.

Accompanied by the sub-district head of Medan, Denai Baharuddin Ritonga, Bobby Nasution promised to immediately follow up. This is because the handling of infrastructure is one of the priority programs that will be handled.

"We will immediately address the problem of this damaged road, so that people can use it again," said Bobby Nasution.

After reviewing the road along the Denai River, Bobby Nasution then stopped at the mosque which was located not far from the road.

The mosque was being renovated at that time to provide comfort for the worshipers, so that later they would be more calm and solemn when performing prayers and other worship.
