Before Serving In The National Police, Novel Baswedan And Friends Underwent 14 Days Of Education By LAN

JAKARTA - Novel Baswedan and his friends have been appointed as State Civil Apparatus (ASN). However, they must undergo a period of 14 days of education before serving in the National Police.

"After receiving the employee identification number in accordance with the requirements of the ASN and BKN, they must attend 14 days of education," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo to reporters, Thursday, December 9.

The education process will take place at the Administrative Education Center (Pusdikmin) in Bandung, West Java. However, they were not educated by the National Police but by the State Administration.

"The one who organizes education, curriculum and teaching staff is the State Administration Institute," said Dedi.

After completing their education period, Novel et al will be sworn in. In the end, they served according to their respective positions.

"The oath will be taken and placed in accordance with the jobdesk and competencies that have been determined," said Dedi.

National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo appointed Novel Baswedan and 43 former employees of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). They officially became the Bhayangkara Corps State Civil Apparatus (ASN).

With Novel and his friends officially becoming National Police ASN, it is hoped that they can strengthen the Bhayangkara Corps. Especially in the sector of preventing corruption.
