Pancasila Youth Demonstrations, Bamsoet Asks Junimart And Other Parties To Be Careful In Commenting

JAKARTA - Chairman of the MPR RI Bambang Soesatyo or Bamsoet asked DPR RI member Junimart Girsang and other parties to be careful in speaking. This warning was delivered in response to the demonstration of the Pancasila Youth community organization in front of the Indonesian Parliament Building, Thursday, November 25.

For information, the demonstration was carried out by PP after Junimart asked the Ministry of Home Affairs to bring order to community organizations that often create chaos and get involved in clashes. This statement then made the organization angry and protested.

As for PP, Bamsoet asked the mass organization not to get emotional. He also requested that the two sides reconcile after an apology.

"Hopefully in the future this incident will not happen again and I hope that my friends, my younger siblings at Pemuda Pancasila can resolve it well, of course with a commitment to peace that should not be repeated," he said.

"At the same time giving a message to the public and other people that we live respecting each other," he added.

It was previously reported that the PP mass organization held a demonstration in the Indonesian House of Representatives bringing two demands addressed to the Deputy Chairman of Commission II of the House of Representatives, Junimart Girsang. Secretary of MPW Pemuda Pancasila DKI Jakarta, Embay Supriyantoro confirmed, today the national organization he leads in Jakarta will hold a demonstration carrying two demands.
