Kosmemask Releases Red And White Masks To Enliven Youth Pledge, Collaborates With Communities With Achievements

JAKARTA - The spirit of Indonesian unity that surged on Youth Pledge Day, October 28, inspired Kosme Group. Through one of their business units, Kosmemask, they released the Red and White masks.

Unlike the masks that have existed before, the launch of Kosmemask Red and White masks carries the theme All Youths Have the Right to Work. Through this theme, Kosmemask collaborates with a community of young people with special talents, namely those with disabilities who have special achievements and advantages for the community.

"Through the Kosmemask Mask Red and White Edition, we want to send a message of the spirit of the Youth Pledge to the youth who are gifted with this special talent. Even though they (the disabled) are physically limited, their work is limitless. helps prevent the entry of the virus, also contains a positive, motivating message," said Titis Indah Wahyu, Director of Kosme Group, in a written statement, Thursday, October 28.

To support the launching of the Red and White Masks, Kosmemask collaborated with two disabled communities with extraordinary talents, namely the Surabaya Mandiri Disability Solidarity and FMD Management.

The role of Solidaritas Mandiri Surabaya is known as a community for empowering people with disabilities to be economically independent. Although physically the members have limitations, the members have a role in the ability to sell various foods, various handicrafts.

Another uniqueness of this community is that it is able to design various picture illustrations using a computer containing positive messages to motivate anyone to get excited. Even one of their works, owned by Zulmy Eryan, entitled My Physical Limited But My Spirit is Unlimited, was printed in the Red and White edition of Kosmemask as a form of appreciation for the work of the disabled.

"By printing works and messages from these disabled colleagues in the Red and White edition of Kosmemask, Kosme Grup hopes to send a message that on this Youth Pledge commemoration, anyone can contribute to the country, regardless of their background. people with disabilities have extraordinary works with their best talents to contribute to the nation and state," said Gilang Widya Pramana, Owner of J99 Corp.

To support disabled activities, PT Kosme donated Rp1,000 for every purchase of Kosmemask Red and White Masks during November 2021 at the Kosmemask official marketplace at Shopee and Tokopedia. Later, the results of the fundraising will be donated to people with disabilities to develop the works of people with disabilities in the future. Another community that PT Kosme has invited to work with is FMD Management, an association of disabled models for the deaf. Through this opportunity, PT Kosme together with these special models held a photo session with the Red and White edition of Kosmemask.
