Highlighted By The Public, Rachel Vennya Immediately Removed The Black Sticker On Her Alphard

JAKARTA - Celebrity Rachel Vennya finally removed the black sticker that was placed all over the car numbered B 139 RFS. The removal was carried out after the vehicle received public attention.

"Due to the viral news, RV finally removed the black doff sticker and returned to its original color, which is metallic white," said Head of Sub-Directorate for Bin Gakkum at Polda Metro Jaya AKBP Argo Wiyono to reporters, Tuesday, October 26.

In fact, said Argo, the Alphard car had been changed in color since 2020. The color change was because Rachel wanted her car to be black.

"The reason for using the sticker is because when he bought it at Toyota, in the showroom there was only white. Meanwhile, the RV brother wanted black, so he used black stickers," said Argo.

Currently, the car has also been confiscated. This is because the change in color is not accompanied by a change in the data in the STNK. "We are investigating the use of vehicles that are not appropriate, so what we are holding is vehicles," said Argo.

Previously reported, Rachel Vennya is said to have deliberately changed her car which uses the B 139 RFS license plate from white to black. Thus, the action violates the rules because it is not accompanied by changes in the Vehicle Registration Certificate (STNK).

"So the actual color is metallic white, with the license plate number B 139 RFS. Where the color has been recognized, it has been changed to matte black," said Argo.

So, Rachel's actions were declared to violate the rules. Thus, he was given a fine in accordance with Article 288 Paragraph 1 number 22 of 2009 concerning LLAJ.

"We have done a fine with a fine of Rp. 500 thousand, after paying, of course we have to wait for the trial process for 14 days so that the vehicle can be taken," said Argo.
