"So the actual color is metallic white, with the police number B 139 RFS. It has been recognized that the color has been changed to matte black," said Head of Sub-Directorate for Gakkum Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya AKBP Argo Wiyono to reporters, Tuesday, October 26.

The car's color change, said Argo, by attaching a sticker. Changes have been made since 2020.

From the results of the examination, Rachel admitted that the reason for changing the color of the car was because she wanted black from the start. However, at that time there was no such desired color.

"The reason for using the sticker is because when he bought it at Toyota, in the showroom there was only white. Meanwhile, the RV brother wanted black, so he used black stickers," said Argo.

With his actions, Rachel was declared to have violated the rules. Thus, he was given a fine in accordance with Article 288 Paragraph 1 number 22 of 2009 concerning LLAJ.

"We have done a fine with a fine of Rp. 500 thousand, after paying, of course we have to wait for the trial process for 14 days so that the vehicle can be taken," said Argo.
