Jabrik, Three Times Molested Minors In Three Different Places

JAKARTA - Cases of obscenity have begun to occur in the Kembangan area, West Jakarta. Even so, the Kembangan Police managed to uncover one by one cases of sexual violence that befell the children.

As did NH alias Jabrik. Jabrik is now languishing in the detention cell of the Kembangan Police. He was arrested after sexually abusing a minor with the initials TN (13).

Even Jabrik's lecherous actions were carried out repeatedly against the victim.

"The perpetrator was proven to have carried out obscene acts against the victim by having sexual intercourse with her several times in 3 different locations," said the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Kembangan Police, AKP Ferdo, confirmed by VOI, Tuesday, October 26.

According to the suspect's confession to the police, the first TN victim was sexually assaulted by the perpetrator in a bush near the edge of the toll road, Jalan H Lebar, South Meruya, Kembangan District, West Jakarta.

"The incident (of obscenity) continues to be repeated by the perpetrators in other places," he said.

Jabrik then again carried out his depraved act in a car repair shop, Jalan Pemancingan, Srengseng Village, Kembangan District, West Jakarta.

"This third location is in a hut on Jalan Pemancingan, Srengseng, Kembangan, West Jakarta. Several pieces of evidence in the form of clothes worn by the victim when the incident occurred were also confiscated," he said.

Until now, NH has languished in the prison cell of the Kembangan Police for his actions. NH was charged with Article 82 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 17 of 2016 concerning the stipulation of the Government in Lieu of Law Number 1 of 2016 concerning the second amendment to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning sexual abuse of children with a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison.
