Poltracking Survey: Ganjar Salip Prabowo's Electability
JAKARTA - The latest survey by Poltracking Indonesia recorded the electability of the Governor of Central Java, Ganjar Pranowo, overtaking the General Chair of the Gerindra Party, Prabowo Subianto. Where Prabowo has always been at the top of the 2024 presidential candidate electability standings.
"In open questions for the 2024 presidential candidate, the names recorded include 18.2 percent Ganjar Pranowo, 17.1% Prabowo Subianto, 10.2 percent Anies Baswedan," said the Executive Director of Poltracking Indonesia, Hanta Yuda in Jakarta, Monday, October 25. Followed by Ridwan Kamil 2.4 percent, Khofifah Indar Parawansa 2.1 percent, Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno 1.7 percent, Puan Maharani 1.5 percent, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono 1.3 percent, Airlangga Hartarto 0.5 percent, Gatot Nurmantyo 0 ,4 percent.
There are also other names such as Andika Perkasa 0.3 percent, Mahfud MD 0.3 percent, Erick Thohir 0.2 percent and Muhaimin Iskandar 0.2 percent. above 10 percent, namely Ganjar Pranowo, Prabowo Subianto, and Anies Baswedan," explained Hanta.
Considering that the implementation of the presidential election is still quite far until 2024, said Hanta, it is very possible that various dynamics, events and political momentum will occur that have the potential to change the electoral political map in the future. Hanta added that this survey also provides an overview in the context of the 2024 presidential election. There are three strategic stages, namely regional heads, ministers, and politicians or party leaders.
"They get the public spotlight and can be capitalized as a political escalator for the 2024 presidential candidate," said Hanta Yuda.
This survey was taken face-to-face which will be held on October 3-10, 2021. Using the multistage random sampling method with 1220 respondents and a margin of error (MoE) of approximately 2.8 percent at a confidence level of 95 percent.
