Hanura, Wiranto Who Start And End

JAKARTA - The figure of TNI General (ret) Wiranto cannot be separated from the history of the Hanura party. After retiring from military service, Wiranto began to enter politics by pioneering the founding of the Hanura Party with other national figures.

A meeting in Jakarta on the 13th between Wiranto and these figures resulted in eight important agreements. This agreement later became part of the history of the Hanura party, and was followed up by a political party called the People's Conscience Party or Hanura.

The party was declared on December 21, 2006 in Jakarta, and its date of establishment is listed as November 14, 2006. Since its establishment, he appointed Wiranto as Chairman for a term of office until 2016.

However, when Wiranto received the assignment from President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) as the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs in 2016, the Hanura Party held a National Conference and was elected Oesman Sapta Odang (OSO) as the general chairman replacing Wiranto.

According to Wiranto's statement, when giving way to OSO to become chairman, there was an integrity pact as an agreement. There are six points contained in the integrity pact. Among them, willing to comply with the Hanura Party AD / ART. Ensure the solidity and continuity of the Hanura Party to win the Party.

Not only that, said Wiranto, in it was also written with the signing of the integrity pact, OSO stated that they had resigned from membership, as well as any party management whose name was. If you cannot obey what was agreed.

This integrity pact was also accompanied by a stamp, and was signed by two witnesses, namely General (Purn) Subagyo HS and General (Purn) Chairuddin Ismail.

Leadership Dualism Conflict Arises in Hanura

The internal Hanura Party conflict resulted in the emergence of two boards. Two figures, Marshal Associate (Ret.) Daryatmo and OSO. Each party claims to be legitimate chairman with its own arguments.

The chaos started with the mutual dismissal of former Secretary General of the DPP Hanura Syarifuddin Sudding and the General Chair of the DPP Hanura OSO. Initially OSO was fired by Sudding on charges of violating party regulations, then on the same day, Monday, January 15 2018, OSO also decided to fire Sudding because he was deemed incapable of carrying out party duties.

Daryatmo was the Chairperson of the Extraordinary National Deliberation (Munaslub) held by Hanura, the Sudding camp, on Thursday, January 18 2018. Before becoming General Chair of the "Cilangkap Munaslub" version, Daryatmo was appointed Acting (Plt) Chairman of Hanura.

On the other hand, OSO remains steadfast as the legitimate Chairman of the Hanura Party. The Chairman of the Regional Representative Council (DPD) of the Republic of Indonesia believes that his decision to fire Sudding is valid based on the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights regarding restructuring, repositioning and revitalization of the Hanura Party DPP management for the 2015-2020 term of service number M.HH-01.AH.11.01 in 2018 The decree was issued by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights on Wednesday, January 17 2018.

"The statutes of the party were changed. So that my power as the building board was not as strong as at the time of the munaslub. My authority returned to the general chairman. It turned out that the Hanura party had a conflict, I was shown engineering as a board of supervisors or the founder of the party," he said at a press conference. , at the Atlet Century Park Hotel, Senayan, Jakarta, Wednesday, 18 December.

To resolve this conflict, the Chairman of the Hanura Board of Trustees, Wiranto, intervened. He admitted that he had come to two camps that were in conflict, in order to put an end to everything. Because, at that time every political party was preparing to face the 2018 simultaneous regional elections and the 2019 presidential election.

"Just be peaceful. It's a shame that we should not conflict. Struggling without togetherness is impossible. Pak Bagyo is sincere to unite without success," he said.

In unfavorable circumstances, said Wiranto, Hanura was forced to participate in the election. The result did not pass into Senayan. His disappointment deepened, when he was accused of being the mastermind behind Hanura's failure.

"You can think clearly. How is it possible for a party founder to raise a party that has passed two elections until the day of destroying his own party. Nothing. There was no desire to destroy the party, but was accused like that," he said.

Not wanting to continue to conflict with OSO, Wiranto finally decided to resign from his position as chairman of the Hanura party supervisory board. He also denied that there was pressure from the OSO on him to immediately resign.

"Nothing. Even though I said earlier in this, the supervisory board does not actually need to resign. I don't need to resign. But I see that the National Conference has a different spirit, right. Has a different spirit and spirit. And always wants to conflict with the chairman of the advisory council. How about a brother like me? Can you stand it? Are you at home ?, "he explained.

In addition, the former Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs decided to resign from the party management structure, because he wanted to focus on his new duties as Chair of President Jokowi's Presidential Advisory Board for the 2019-2024 period.

"At this time, I am declaring that I am resigning from the Chairman of the Hanura Board of Trustees. Why? This is my awareness. I am always oriented towards my main task. Currently, I am assigned by the President as Chair of the Presidential Advisory Council," he said.

Hanura Party Chairperson Oesman Sapta Odang (OSO) was shocked when he heard of Wiranto's resignation from the position of Chairman of the Board of Trustees. Because, based on the Hanura Party's Articles of Association and Bylaws (AD / ART), there is no Board of Trustees.

According to him, so far Wiranto has only served as an ordinary party member. He questioned, the former Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs resigned from what position, considering the position of the Board of Trustees had been removed.

"Ah resigned? Where did he resign? He (Wiranto) is an ordinary member, if I don't become a normal member, I will become a regular member. But if for example where he doesn't exist, he resigns, right? I don't understand," said OSO, when holding a ceremony. meeting at the Hanura Party National Deliberation (Munas) area, Wednesday, 18 December.

OSO added that the position of the Board of Trustees could be proposed again through the National Conference if needed. So far, this position has been absent from Hanura's management since the National Conference in Solo in 2015, even before OSO set foot in Hanura.

Even so, he asked that this matter not be exaggerated. For him there is no personal problem with Wiranto. OSO also did not rule out the possibility that in the future the former ABRI commander could be involved.

"For good things, let alone Pak Wiranto, we will accept anyone who wants to raise Hanura," he said.

Wiranto Eliminated From His Own Party

The conflict within the Hanura Party has made this party slowly crumble. The divisions that have occurred within the party cannot be saved to reunite.

"That is what happened in Hanura. The conflict and division are deep. Each camp has denied each other," said Ujang to VOI, in Jakarta, Thursday, December 19.

Wiranto as the founder of the party no longer thinks that he exists. In fact, he was eliminated from the party he had previously pioneered until he escaped twice to Senayan.

"Currently Hanura is held by the OSO camp. So if Wiranto as the founder of the party is displaced it is a common thing. It seems that Wiranto cs will be killed in Hanura," he said.
