Police Shoot Black Gray Thieves 50 Ceramic Boxes In Deli Serdang
MEDAN - MJ alias Black Uban has to deal with the police. This resident of Transportation Road, Percut Sei Tuan Subdistrict, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra, stole 50 boxes of ceramics.
Percut Sei Tuan police chief, Kompol Muhammad Agustiawan, said that MJ stole 50 ceramics from a stall owned by Rena Fetrycia (41). The suspect MJ took the goods using an L key.
"The perpetrator stole 50 boxes of ceramics from a locked kiosk, and the victim received information from local residents that his stall had been stolen," said Kompol Agustiawan, Friday, October 22.
Knowing that the goods were stolen, the victim then made a report to the Percut Sei Tuan Police. After receiving the report, the police immediately started to chase the suspect.
During the pursuit, officers received information that the suspect was in an Ayu cafe, in Sampali Village, Percut Sei Tuan.
"When the investigation was carried out, the officers found the suspect and immediately arrested him," he said.
After being arrested, the suspect was immediately interrogated and Black Uban admitted his actions. The suspect also admitted that he had sold some of the ceramics.
During the investigation, the suspect tried to escape. The police also shot two of Black Gray's legs.
"When the development was going to be carried out, the perpetrators tried to fight and run away. Then the officers immediately took decisive action measured towards the two legs of the suspect," said Kompol Agustiawan.
The police immediately took the suspect to the Bhayangkara Hospital in Medan for treatment. He was then taken to the Percut Sei Tuan Police Headquarters for an examination of the legal process.
"The article we are using is Article 363 of the Criminal Code regarding theft and weighting," said Kompol Agustiawan.
