Examined By The AGO, Lawyer Djoko Tjandra Anita Kolopaking Denies Lobbying K Guru
JAKARTA - Djoko Tjandra's lawyer, Anita Kolopaking, was questioned by the Attorney General's Office (Kejagung) regarding her meeting with the Head of the South Jakarta District Attorney, Nanang Supriatna. Anita denied lobbying for her client.
"Our meetings are normal for us. I asked about the trial schedule. The lobbies have not reported this," Anita Kolopaking told reporters after being questioned at the AGO building, Jakarta, Monday, July 27.
Anita admitted that she was asked 14 questions during the investigation. Anita emphasized that the meeting with Kasiswa South Jakarta had nothing to do with the fugitive case of transferring the right to collect debts from Bank Bali.
"If I ask the prosecutor it's a natural thing, yes and it has already been asked (by the investigators)," said Anita.
Anita admitted that the meeting with the South Jakarta Prosecutor's Office was not the first time it was held as the video circulated on social media.
"We met just to ask about the trial schedule," said Anita.

Regarding the video, Head of the Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum) at the AGO, Hari Setiyono, emphasized that his party was conducting an investigation.
