RFS Plates On Rachel Vennya's Car, Policy: Just Like Let The Office Look Rich

JAKARTA - Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya said Rachel Vennya was suspected of deliberately buying RFS license plates (nopol). Allegedly, the purpose behind it was just to dress up as an official.

"So he bought ordinary plates just to make him look like an official," said Head of Sub-Directorate for Bin Gakkum at Polda Metro Jaya AKBP Argo Wiyono when confirmed, Friday, October 22.

However, Argo did not deny that the RFS code could indeed be owned by the general public. It's just that there is a difference that is intended for public and officials.

The RFS number that is intended for officials is four numbers. But for the general public only three or two numbers.

"It's a three-digit plate, so if it's three numbers on the back it doesn't really matter. It's free," said Argo.

"Only the head of 1 four figures," he continued.

Meanwhile, regarding the alleged use of this plate in a different car, the police will check it. Argo Wiyono emphasized that the vehicle number should not be transferred.

"If you change numbers, you definitely can't. Must be in accordance with the TNKB. That's why I checked the number management computer first. If the numbers don't match, we can take action," said Argo Wiyono.

Previously, after being questioned on Thursday, October 21, Rachel Vennya apologized for the case of escaping from quarantine at Wisma Atlet Pademangan. Rachel Vennya admitted that she was ready to undergo the applicable legal process.

"Salim and I (Salim Nauderer) would like to express our deepest apologies to all the people for our mistakes and mistakes that have disturbed the community. We are also now going through the applicable legal process," Rachel Vennya told reporters at Polda Metro Jaya, Thursday, October 21.

Rachel Vennya is known to have run away while undergoing quarantine at the Wisma Atlet COVID-19 Emergency Hospital (RSDC) after a vacation from abroad.
